Dan Curran

Hometown: Cumberland

Bio: Dan is a friend to some, a lover to few, and taller than most. Born and raised in Cumberland, Dan has been performing stand-up comedy for six years now and has performed all along the East Coast. 

He was the winner of the first ever Catch A New Rising Star competition.  He has worked at such clubs as Catch A Rising Star, The Comedy Zone, Showcase Live, The Comedy Connection, Gotham Comedy Club and numerous colleges throughout New England.  He has opened up for comedians such as David Brenner, Gabriel Iglesias, Bobby Collins, and Adam Ferrara.

Currently Dan runs one of the best monthly shows at The Spot Underground in Providence, Rhode Island with his brother T.J. You can see some of New England’s best comedians there!

He is the founder of the sketch comedy group called Humorversity, coming soon to stages near you!

Dan is single and looking to mingle, and is a sweety that will wipe the seaty!  So keep that in mind ladies!
