About Rockin’ Joe Hebert

Rockin’ Joe Hebert began his career at Rhode Island’s premiere comedy club, Periwinkles in Providence in the mid 1980’s at  Charlie Hall’s Talent Show. Since then, Joe has appeared on countless stages and in front of thousands of audience members.

Joe’s blend of quick and clever stand up comedy and guitar music has made him a favorite draw all over New England.

Joe’s career began to take off  in 1985 when a song he had written about the trial of Claus Von Bulow went national, thanks to 94 HJY’s former shock, morning host, Carolyn Fox.

In 1993, Joe joined the Mike Butts in the Morning Show at 92 PRO-FM and  in 1999 he joined the morning cast of Daria Bruno’s Morning Funshine at B-101 FM in Providence.

In 2011, Joe founded the RI Comedy Hall of Fame, paying tribute to those Rhode Islanders who have made substantial comedy contributions to the state.

Joe has appeared with such legendary acts as, Joe Rogan, Tom Cotter, Tommy Chong , Pat Cooper and John Cafferty and the Beaver Brown Band.
